Challenge
During the COVID-19 pandemic, fitness facilities faced unprecedented challenges. Gyms needed a way to maintain operations, offer remote services, and manage their businesses efficiently in a time of uncertainty. Existing tools were either overly complex or lacked the necessary flexibility for
on-demand fitness. Next steps included conducting user research, defining key features for remote accessibility and simplicity, and rapidly prototyping a scalable gym management solution.
